Catalyst launches new PR Agency

We have expanded our portfolio with the launch of a brand new public relations division, and appointed experienced industry director, and digital PR expert, Dean Enon, to drive its growth.

Newly formed Catalyst PR will continue to embody the same principles and ethos of the wider business – to aid and influence client awareness and reputation through deliverable metrics.

Sarah Groves, co-founder and director of Catalyst, said: “This past 12 months we have grown considerably, with the addition of nine new team colleagues to help us serve our clients better, and a further appointment imminent. But we’ve always felt we needed a PR strategy to help close that 360 marketing loop.

“Similarly, we wanted to do things the right way. We have not only launched Catalyst PR to operate as a standalone entity by leveraging our reputation and established resources but also brought in Dean and his vast experience and network to ensure its success

“This is a truly exciting time at Catalyst, and we confidently look forward to the counsel Dean brings, and the additional benefits this will add to our growing portfolio as he leads a new team forward.”

Dean has a career spanning more than 20 years across PR agency and in-house, in sectors such as FM, healthcare, automotive, IoT and the built environment among others.

In that time, he has advised SMEs, start-ups, charities and household names such as Lloyds Pharmacy, Kawasaki Motors, RWE Innogy (RWE Renewables), The Open University and AAH Pharmaceuticals – where he helped drive significant footfall into high street stores when launching the UK’s first pharmacy-led private flu vaccination service.

He said: “There is a real hunger at Catalyst to deliver; the results speak for themselves. By adopting a growth mindset into everything the team does really attracted me, and I relish the challenge to instil this ethos into our public relations offering.

“After speaking to Sarah about the plans for the company it was an easy decision for me to make, and I’m delighted to be part of the Catalyst team.”

Sarah added: “While we see this move as taking us to the next level, it’s certainly not the end of our expansion plans. We are always looking at how a restructure of our services will benefit us as a company, our colleagues, and of course our clients. We anticipate more growth, and diversity, in 2025.”
