Nick Floyd has been writing for as long as he can remember. 

Drawing on over a decade of copywriting and content management experience, there’s pretty much nothing Nick can’t write about (but he certainly has his preferences!). He works closely with Catalyst clients to nail their tone of voice and produce engaging content that resonates with their target audiences, helping their businesses grow organically.

In his downtime, you’ll probably find Nick tending to his wildlife garden, or trying to find where the cat has hidden his slippers this time.

Paul Houston has been in sales, marketing, and lead generation for 25 years.

In that time, he’s learned a thing or two about sales, marketin,g and lead generation. Now, he’s imparting some of that wisdom through his crack team of marketing masterminds. He’s gathered the best talent across copy, design, SEO, PPC PR, and strategy, providing you with the most cost-efficient way to grow your business and thrive. 

Outside of work, you’ll find Paul either at the gym or treating himself to a well-deserved pint of the black stuff back home in Ireland with his folks, or down at his local. He’ll take any opportunity he can to spend time with family and friends (but would usually prefer to be hiking with Dave, his dog!).

Catalyst PR is headed up by experienced industry director, Dean Enon.

For more than 20 years, Dean has advised major corporates, start ups, SMEs and charities across the B2B and B2C landscape. He’s launched brands, built brands and he’s managed exit strategies.

But, more important than that, Dean brings with him an ethos of delivering tangible results – footfall, web traffic, bums on seats and leads.

When not working, Dean is a keen sportsman, still playing football on the weekends, while also spending time with his family. He has four children, and claims to still be a ‘beginner’ on the guitar, despite playing for more than 30 years – on and off…

Shannon is a master in marketing, media and PR (literally – she has a Master’s degree!).

She’s spent the last 8 years honing her craft which has covered all elements of the Marketing Mix. As well as hands-on marketing experience, she has quickly moved through the ranks into a management position. She helps to create high-conversion digital marketing campaigns and strategies for Catalyst clients, focusing on the data in order to deliver results. 

When not working, Shannon loves spending time with family and friends (especially her niece and nephews!). Outside of that, you’ll find her either cooking great food (in another life, she’d be a chef), or attempting a DIY job she’s seen on TikTok.

Sarah Groves has worked in marketing for over 20 years, spanning both B2B and B2C sectors and partnering with organisations from major blue chips to ambitious SMEs. As co-owner of Catalyst, Sarah draws on her broad experience to oversee the delivery team and shape client strategies. She has built a handpicked team of specialists across PR, copy, design, SEO, PPC and strategy, giving clients a cost-efficient way to grow and thrive.

Alongside her agency work, Sarah has guest lectured at the University of Birmingham and has completed the Essential Management course at Cranfield Business School.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with her young family or taking the dog for a long walk while listening to a podcast.
