Dean Enon
PR Director | B2B Communications Specialist | Crisis Communications & Media Relations
Dean Enon is a PR and communications specialist with around 25 years’ experience helping organisations build their reputations, communicate with key target audiences, and navigate complex or sensitive issues.
In that time, Dean has helped launch start ups, assist SMEs to become ‘famous’ in their own fields, and collaborated on global commercial and CSR campaigns.
As a Director at Catalyst PR, where he works with organisations across B2B, charity, healthcare, built environment, facilities management, education, manufacturing, and security. His work spans strategic PR, media relations, thought leadership, corporate communications, crisis communications and media training.
Dean has spent the majority of his career working in B2B communications, developing commercially-aligned campaigns and works closely with senior leaders to turn their knowledge and experience into credible, robust thought leadership editorial content.
Dean is particularly interested in how PR is changing as search behaviour evolves. He believes organisations now need to be visible not only to journalists and prospective customers, but also to the AI-powered search and discovery tools increasingly being used to find information, assess expertise, and make decisions.
He also writes and speaks about PR, reputation and communications, including the changing relationship between brands, the media, search and their audiences.

Dean is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and continues to work hands-on with clients, journalists and senior leadership teams as part of his role at Catalyst PR.
